Any Events where tickets are sold or door admission will be charged an additional $300

This is to utilize the use of chaffers to house pans

Open Bar for 3 hours. Up to 1-60pp-$2400. up to 61-100pp-$4000 101-140pp-$5600, 149-200 pp $8000. Additional 10% gratuity will be applied for bartender.

There will be a $3 charge per guest for non-alcoholic beverages

If you want to leave without cleaning after event

If your event is held during the Holiday weekend or on the Holiday a fee of $300 will be added to your total
